Beads, Clasps & Charms: Soldering at the Next Level

Click to enlarge With Joe Silvera Now that you’re accustomed to soldering, it’s time to take your skills to the next level! The three things most beadworkers would like to be able to do with soldering are: solder chain to close those links, attach charms and clasps with soldered jump rings, and solder jump rings with beads on them. You got it! Learn how to precision solder your chain without fusing it into a jumble of links, securely add charms and clasps to your jewelry without burning them up, and the do’s and don’ts of soldering close to beads. Tips for polishing your jewelry after soldering are also included. Choose your Session: Saturday, July 10th 2010 7-10pm OR Sunday, July 11th 2-5pm Level: Intermediate: Beginning Soldering class or equivalent skill with soldering sterling is required.
